These Terms & Conditions for Inclusive Developmental Education for Adolescents (IDEA) (doing business as Ollo, Inc.) ("Ollo, Inc.," "we," "us," or "our"), describes the policies related to our paid waitlist (”the waitlist”). By signing up for the waitlist, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  1. By signing up for the waitlist, you agree to pay a non-refundable fee of $5.

  2. Signing up for the waitlist grants eligibility for a 15% discount and one 30 minute feedback session with the Ollo team.

    1. Upon successful launch of the platform, you will be eligible to receive a 15% discount on

    your first subscription.

  3. The discount code will be sent to the email address provided at sign-up and will be valid for

    30 days from the date of launch.

  4. The discount code can only be used once and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.

  5. The discount code is not redeemable for cash and has no cash value.

  6. By signing up for the waitlist, you agree to receive communications from Ollo regarding the launch and future promotions.

  7. The startup reserves the right to modify or discontinue the waitlist and discount program at any time without notice.

  8. By signing up for the waitlist, you agree to the terms and conditions listed above.
