Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Ollo, a service provided by Inclusive Developmental Education for Adolescents (IDEA). By using our platform, you agree to these terms and conditions (the "Terms") that govern your access to and use of our services (the "Services"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.
Ollo provides health education to families through a subscription-based model. By subscribing to the Services, you acknowledge that you are responsible for all fees associated with your subscription, including any applicable taxes.
There is no age restriction for users of the platform. However, if you are under the age of 18, you must obtain consent from your parent or guardian to use the Services.
To access our Services, you must subscribe and pay the required subscription fees. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle, and you will be charged for the next billing cycle unless you cancel your subscription prior to the end of the current billing cycle. We reserve the right to change the subscription fees at any time, and we will provide you with advance notice of any such changes.
Your privacy is important to us. We encourage you to review our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information.
You may terminate your account at any time by sending an email to [email protected]. Upon termination, your access to the Services will cease, and you will not be entitled to any refunds for any unused portion of your subscription.
We do not offer refunds. All subscription fees are non-refundable, even if you cancel your subscription before the end of the billing cycle.
All content provided through the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, and videos, is owned by IDEA or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on our content without our prior written consent.
To the extent permitted by law, IDEA and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which IDEA is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved by the courts of that jurisdiction.
